Beaded Eloquence Jewelry FAQBeaded Jewelry CareItem Availability Shipping Returns and Warranty Order Cancellation Policy Wholesale Beaded Jewelry Purchases Beaded Jewelry Care If proper care is taken of your Beaded Eloquence handcrafted jewelry, it will last for generations. We recommend that when not wearing your designer jewelry, you store it in its original box, or place your handmade jewelry in a separate compartment of your jewelry box. For cleaning your beaded jewelry, a soft cloth is safest. Sterling silver earring and clasp components may be cleaned with silver polish if necessary, but do not apply the polish to other components of your fashion jewelry, as some gemstone jewelry and pearl jewelry does not respond well to solvents. Item Availability All of our fashion jewelry is individually handcrafted at our Carmichael, California location. For beaded jewelry items not currently in stock, we ship most orders to you within 2 to 3 weeks from your original order date. Beaded Eloquence maintains a limited inventory of handmade jewelry pieces and will normally ship in stock items to you within 1 to 2 business days of your original order. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. IN STOCK In stock handmade jewelry items are currently available for shipment to you within 1 to 2 business days. However, if your order includes one or more beaded jewelry items for which we do not currently have sufficient quantity on hand in our inventory to immediately fill your order, your purchases will be placed in "BACKORDER" status. When placing your order for beaded jewelry, you may also select from several UPS expediting options, which include our handling charges. International Delivery We presently do not ship beaded jewelry outside the US, but plan to do so in the future. Returns and Warranty We want you to be happy with your beaded jewelry purchases! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.* Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the original date of shipment. If you wish, Beaded Eloquence will repair or replace any merchandise found to be defective (see Detailed Information Regarding Returns and Warranties below) within 30 days of purchase. Order Cancellation Policy Please phone 1-866-822-7797 (Toll Free) if you need to cancel your beaded jewelry order. Have your order number handy when calling. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not already been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was requested, and your order was inadvertently shipped out afterward, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping after the merchandise is returned in saleable condition.
